Job Description :
Operations & Monitoring
* Monitor MME health using OSS/NMS tools.
* MME availability and service continuity.
* infra – Monitor CPU, memory, disk, interface, and signaling utilization.
* Alarms: Analyze alarms and perform corrective actions.
* Perform daily health checks and operational reporting.
MME – Incident Management
* Diagnose and resolve customer-impacting incidents.
* Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
* Escalate complex issues to engineering or vendors.
* Restore services within agreed SLA timelines.
* Support major incident management and outage recovery.
Performance Management
* Monitor Attach Success Rate.
* Monitor TAU Success Rate.
* Monitor Paging Success Rate.
* Monitor Authentication Success Rate.
* Monitor S1 Setup Success Rate.
* Analyze signaling TPS and active subscriber load.
* Recommend capacity upgrades and optimization.
Maintenance Activities
* Perform software upgrades and patch installations.
* Execute configuration backups and restore procedures.
* Conduct preventive maintenance activities.
* Validate redundancy and failover functionality.
* Support disaster recovery testing.
Network Troubleshooting
* Analyze S1AP, NAS, SCTP, Diameter, and GTP-C signaling.
* Troubleshoot subscriber registration failures.
* Investigate authentication failures.
* Resolve paging and mobility issues.
* Support CSFB and VoLTE-related issues.
* Troubleshoot inter-MME and inter-RAT mobility.
